I grew up in Australia and studied History and Literature there, in the US and in Italy. I moved to Italy permanently after my Ph.D and lived in Rome before moving to Amelia, a small town in Umbria. As well as being a celebrant, I work as a translator from Italian to English and lead walking tours in Italy. I’ve always been an enthusiastic chorister and am currently part of a female quartet as well as a larger choir.
I am a UK trained celebrant and am bilingual in Italian and English.
I live in Italy so have local as well as international experience and knowledge.
I have considerable experience in public speaking and in performing.
I create and deliver ceremonies in English, Italian or both languages.
I am part of the Passaggi association.
…getting to know couples and hearing about their path to getting married. I believe in working with people to create a ceremony that celebrates their particular love story and is meaningful for them. I enjoy working in spectacular venues all over Italy to make your day unique.
