I’m a wife, mum to three wonderful children, and dog-mum to three lively dogs!
I’ve been lucky enough to live and work across various countries, spending many years in senior HR roles where listening, empathy, and connecting with people have always been at the heart of what I do.
Over the years, I’ve often been asked to do readings. After one particularly meaningful moment in 2024, when I spoke at my beloved nan’s funeral, I was deeply moved by how many people told me I had a real gift for it and that I should become a celebrant.
Using part of the inheritance she left me, I took that leap and trained with the Fellowship of Independent Celebrants, graduating in 2025.
A proud mum, a people-person, and a celebrant who believes life’s most important moments deserve to be celebrated with heart, humour, and authenticity.
My journey into celebrancy comes from a lifelong love of people. In my professional life in HR, I’ve always been passionate about supporting others, bringing fairness, and creating spaces where people can truly thrive.
As a mum, I know how precious family, love, and shared memories are. Combining those experiences led me to celebrancy where I get to help couples, families, and communities mark life’s milestones in ways that feel genuine and personal.
Whether it’s a wedding filled with laughter, a naming ceremony bursting with joy, or a farewell honouring a life well-lived, I bring warmth, professionalism, and a touch of creativity to every ceremony.
For me, it’s about telling your story, your way with simplicity, meaning, and a little Symple Touch.
Being a mum my children are at the heart of everything I do, and I am deeply proud of the family life we have built together.
Celebrancy Creating meaningful ceremonies with SympleTouch gives me so much joy. I love making moments memorable, weaving in humour and warmth, and helping families celebrate or remember their loved ones in a personal, human way.
HR and people leadership I thrive on shaping culture, supporting colleagues, and bringing structure and fairness into the workplace. I like building frameworks, simplifying complex things, and seeing people grow through mentoring, development, and opportunities.
Connection and impact Whether through HR, celebrancy, or family, I care about doing the right thing, making a difference to people’s lives, and leaving a positive mark.
